We’re excited to share that our new online banking platform is live! With a fresh design and improved features, it’s easier than ever to manage your money. FOR BILL PAY USERS
Originally, we thought you’d need to re-enter all your payees and recurring payments. Some information has been transferred, but not all items have come through.
Here’s what to do:
- Log into Online Banking and review your Bill Pay settings
- If your payees or auto-transfers appear, you’re good to go
- If anything is missing, you’ll need to reestablish it
Tip: Only payments you originally set up through Jax Fire CU Online Banking need to be recreated.
Payments set up through a company’s website (like your electric or water bill) using your routing and account number will continue with no changes needed.
Be sure to log into our new online banking and review your bill pay settings before setting up new ones.
How to find your Bill Pay in the new Online Banking Platform
Log into Online Banking and click “Bill Pay” at the top of the page
Log into Online Banking and click “Bill Pay” at the top of the page
INTERNAL TRANSFERS AND EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS
Any auto transfers between your JFCU accounts (like loan payments or savings transfers) must be reestablished
External Transfers are now called Remote Accounts and can be found under the Accounts drop-down menu. This feature is no longer found under the Bill Pay tab.
To continue using Remote Accounts, you will need to reestablish the connection to your other financial institutions.
MOBILE DEPOSITS
- Make sure the member depositing the check is on the account to which the check is being deposited.
- Make sure the endorsement on the back either says “for mobile deposit only” OR if the check has the checkbox that says “for mobile deposit,” you may check the checkbox instead.
- The Mobile Deposit limit for established members is $5,000 per day.
- The Mobile Deposit limit for new members (Members within the first 90 days of your membership) is $500 per day.
