Trust documentation showing the Trust name, current Trustees, and Successor Trustees
Trust's unique Tax Identification Number (TIN)
(Trust accounts cannot be opened using a Trustee's Social Security Number)
All Trustees must be eligible for membership at the time of account opening
(and maintain personal membership for the life of the Trust account)
